Our Quality


We take pride in producing the finest quality organic dried fruit in the industry. Our quality starts with our fresh fruit varieties and the Van Dykes family proven organic agricultural practices used to produce it. We choose fruit varieties for our line based on high nutritional value and flavor.

The orchards are maintained throughout the year with practices that produce the highest grade fruit for consumption. The fruit is harvested at its optimum maturity and processed quickly to ensure retention of that tree ripened just picked flavor.

Our California sun and kiln dried organic fruits are naturally tree ripened, carefully selected, and harvested at optimum maturity. The fruit is cut and placed on trays to dry naturally under the Santa Clara Valley sunshine.

The dried fruit is washed, sorted, packed and then stored in a controlled environment to maintain its quality and freshness. Extra steps are taken during the quality assurance process to ensure that our customers receive a product that meets or exceeds their expectations.
