The Blenheim apricots are truly top of the line. They are sweet and chewy with a balance of acidity and firm texture.
Our apricots are sun-dried, sliced in half by hand then laid out on shallow trays to cure under the warm Gilroy sky. Apricots are high in vitamins A (beta-carotene) and C, and a good source of potassium.
